Manchester City host Arsenal on Sunday at the Etihad Stadium in a match that could go a long way to deciding final positions come the end of the season.

With just one point separating the sides in the Premier League table, both will be hoping they can pick up a win to push the other further away from the title race whilst increasing their own chances of claiming the top flight crown.

Both teams have similar form over their last six games, picking up three wins apiece. However, most of the question marks are around Guardiola's team - who lost two in a row against Chelsea and Leicester City before picking up a midweek win over Watford.

Those questions have been following Guardiola around for a while now and with results beginning to slip, they're only getting louder.

Here are THREE such questions the Man City boss must answer before the visit of Arsenal...

Can his side score goals without Aguero?

With Aguero suspended for the next few matches after his horror tackle on David Luiz, Guardiola must find a viable alternative who can put the chances away.

Aguero has scored almost a third of City's Premier League goals this season, making him by far their biggest threat.

Neither Nolito nor Iheanacho have impressed much this season and the Man City boss needs a solution or risks seeing his team slip further behind the teams chasing the title.

Should he change his system? Should he give his strikers more consistent game time? Playing Iheanacho then dropping him on Wednesday night won't have done his confidence much good ahead of Sunday...

Can he get the best out of Yaya Toure?

Yaya Toure

With Ferdandinho also suspended and Gundogan injured for the foreseeable future, Man City are having to call upon club veteran Yaya Toure to step up and inspire their midfield to greater things.

The problem is  that Toure hasn't quite been hitting the heights we're used to from the Ivory Coast legend after spending the first portion of the season rotting in the reserves.

Looking fantastic on his return vs. Crystal Palace, appearances on the bench and an average performance against Burnley has caused many to wonder whether his time at City is up.

Guardiola will need Toure to raise his game ahead of the Arsenal clash and following that injury to Gundogan, likely for the rest of the season too.

If the Man City boss can't bring his game on, the team are likely to struggle.

Can he stop Claudio Bravo embarrassing the team?

We hope Claudio Bravo has been putting in extra training sessions recently.

His form has been woeful for a while but it all came to head in the games against Chelsea and Leicester, making key mistakes and generally looking shambolic.

That needs to stop with such an important game coming on Sunday. It seems to be the games with most at stake he struggles most with - and the Arsenal match is the most high profile match of the weekend.

That's sending out alarm bells for City fans. Will he be replaced by Caballero, can Guardiola coach the 'keeper to better performances, or does Guardiola need to ease the pressure on him by abandoning the build-from-the-goalie strategy?
