Those watching West Ham United and Manchester City finish off the Premier League’s Saturday action have been treated to a thoroughly entertaining first 45 minutes.
It may be somewhat shy of the nine-goal thriller between Liverpool and Norwich City this morning with both sides claiming just one goal apiece (we’re getting a little greedy for goals here at Football Fancast) but the football has been end to end, laced with plenty of chances and full-blooded tackles.
Enner Valencia opened the scoring for the Hammers in the first minute after finding himself completely free in the box, whilst Sergio Aguero drew the Citizens level eight minutes later by converting from the penalty spot – following a clumsy challenge from Carl Jenkinson.
But the highlight of the half came courtesy of Joe Hart, who extended his body and his fingers to the farthest corner of his goalmouth to keep out a free kick from the Hammers’ man of the moment, Dimitri Payet.
Pundits, fans and well… everybody, were quick to show their appreciation on social media.
You won't see many better saves than that one by Joe Hart! If you didn't catch it, see it on a truly stunning #MOTD tonight.

Joe Hart is an absolutely incredible goalkeeper. We don't sometimes realise how lucky we are. Never change, Joe.
