It’s fair to say the press has given Claudio Bravo a tough time since his move to the Premier League, as they remain unanimous in their support of the ousted Joe Hart, but there can be no complaints following last night’s horror show in the Champions League.
Bravo returned to the Nou Camp on Wednesday and aided his former employers Barcelona massively in the fixture, earning himself a straight red card after cocking up a kick and then subsequently handling the resulting effort from Luis Suarez outside the penalty area.
Understandably, Twitter then erupted, and one man was the focus of the comments as Hart quickly went viral – despite the fact he wasn’t in action for loan club Torino.
It was only a matter of time until this happened, given the adoration Hart has in England despite some shaky performances, and everyone wished they knew what he was thinking as he witnessed the awful performance of the man signed to replace him…
