Eliaquim Mangala hasn’t exactly enjoyed the best of starts to his Manchester City career, with many fans insisting he is now where near worth the £30million fee City paid for him.
And he hasn’t exactly done himself any favours today having been sent off in City’s win over Southampton in the Premier League. Two rash challenges saw him pick up two yellow cards and was givin his marching orders by referee Mike Jones in the second half.
Luckily it didn’t seem to affect his teammates, who went on to beat Southampton comfortably. But still. Not exactly Mr. Reliable, is Mangala…

That's how bad Mangala is… City's played x10 better without him.

Whoever wrote the check for Mangala's transfer must've forgotten the decimal. Clearly the fee was meant to be £3.2m instead of £32m.

Rave at Mangala all you like. He HAS to make that challenge and take the red card. That's criminal from Toure. #mcfc

To think Mangala holds the british transfer record fee for a defender. The guy is bang on average. Demichelis and Nastasic are far superior.
