Micah Richards is set to leave Manchester City in the summer, after the defender told the club he will not be signing a new contract, according to the Daily Mail.
The right-back has been offered a five year contract at the Etihad, but as it stands, he is not willing to sign.
Richards has found first team opportunities limited under Manuel Pellegrini this season, having suffered with injuries over the past two years.
His existing deal is set to expire in the summer of 2015, but City would rather cash in at the end of the season than allow him to leave on a free transfer a year later.
The defender is yet to feature in the Premier League this year, and has managed just two league appearances all season.
His only outings in 2014 have come in the FA Cup victories over Blackburn and Watford.
Richards was linked with a loan move to Liverpool in January, but it remains to be seen whether the Reds will revive their interest and consider a permanent move in the summer.
