AC Milan are preparing an £11m offer for Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini this month, report the Daily Express.
The Rossoneri are on the verge of shifting Luiz Adriano out of the San Siro in a £10.5m switch to Chinese side Jiangsu Suning and are expected to reinvest the funds into their engine room.
Fellaini has often been the subject of ridicule during his time at Old Trafford, though has proved to be a relatively useful option at times.
However, with manager Louis van Gaal hell bent on adding more attacking talent to his ranks, the 28-year old could be available in order to make room.
He was infamously the only major signing during the first summer without Sir Alex Ferguson in charge at Old Trafford and has struggled to wholly convince he is of the required standard.
Now, the Serie A giants could table an £11m bid to land the former Everton man, as well as make a move for his Belgian international teammate Alex Witsel.
The Zent St. Petersburg dynamo has also been linked with moves to Tottenham and Chelsea.
