Real Madrid playmaker Toni Kroos could be “tempted” by a move to Manchester United, according to respected football journalist Tancredi Palmeri.
The Germany international joined the La Liga giants from Bayern Munich in 2014 shortly after helping his nation seal World Cup glory.
Although the UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup are the only honours he’s won in Madrid, Kroos is still considered to be one of Spanish football’s finest playmakers, but Palmeri took to Twitter to claim that the 26-year-old could be “tempted” by a move to United.

Although Louis van Gaal has plenty of options in midfield, a player of Kroos’ ability would surely be a welcome addition to compliment Bastian Schweinsteiger, Morgan Schneiderlin and Ander Herrera.
However, Palmeri’s revelation also highlights that Bayern are an option, and with the Bavarians practically guaranteed Champions League football and a title challenge every season he may be more attracted by the Bundesliga champions.
