Angelo Henriquez says he is open to another loan move away from Manchester United and would consider a return to Wigan.

The highly-rated youngster joined Wigan in January in the hope of playing regular first-team football but he struggled to make an impact and made just a handful of appearances.

Despite his lack of action and Wigan being relegated, Henriquez still enjoyed the experience which involved an FA Cup Final win, and would consider another spell on loan and has not ruled out heading back to Wigan in the Championship.

"I didn't play a lot of football, which was obviously the target when I arrived in January," he revealed. "But just being involved with a Premier League team, living the experience of first-team football, and learning from other players and other teams has been very good.

"I have made a lot of friends here, both the ones from South America, and the British ones, and in that respect it has been fantastic. I have enjoyed my time here and I wouldn't rule out coming here again if that is a possibility. Who knows?"

David Moyes will have to decide what to do with the striker when he takes over but there is every chance he will be heading out on loan as chances at Old Trafford will be few and far between.
