United picked up a valuable win at Goodison Park this afternoon courtesy of Javier Hernandez’s first half strike. United weren’t at their best this afternoon but Fergie won’t mind one iota as the three points close the gap on their City rivals and give the side a much needed confidence boost after last week’s capitulation.
