Invariably the appointment of a new manager to any club sparks a flurry of speculation as the new man attempts to make his mark. For David Moyes and Manchester United this has come in the shape of a well-publicised chase for Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
The first marquee signing of any reign is likely to be highly scrutinised, and for a club like United this is no different. Fabregas is a highly regarded midfielder, and gained great acclaim during his spell in the Premier League for Arsenal.
However, I have my reservations about a deal to bring Fabregas to Old Trafford, so here are FIVE reasons why Moyes should avoid the Spaniards signature.
