Ian Wright has hyped up Marcus Rashford after the Manchester United forward knuckle-balled his team into the next round of the Carabao Cup after beating Chelsea for the second time this season 2-1 at Stamford Bridge.
The 22-year-old handed United the lead with a penalty, his first since missing against Norwich at the weekend, after Marcos Alonso clumsily fouled Daniel James. United currently top the table for most penalties received in the Premier League, though their conversation rate (33.3 per cent) is the second worst.

Rashford’s upturn in form has seen him score three goals in his previous two appearances in all competitions and comes off the back of widespread criticism and questions over his suitability as a no.9 from the likes of Michael Owen, Jose Mourinho, Roy Keane and Graeme Souness.
Wright, who’s also a keen follower of Arsenal’s Eddie Nketiah and knows a thing or two about scoring goals, having netted 163 in his career, posted about Rashford’s performance on Twitter and encouraged the in-form youngster forward…
