Life away from Man United seems much better for this outcast

Javier Hernandez seems a lot happier since leaving Manchester United to join Real Madrid.

He fell out of favour at Old Trafford after a promising start to his career in England where he lived up to early promise, but then found himself making less appearances and was limited to a ‘bench warming’ position for most of his remaining time with the Red Devils.

The likes of Danny Welbeck, Wayne Rooney and Robin Van Persie saw the baby faced striker gradually make his way down the pecking order and was not a part of Moyes’ plans, nor was he handed a chance under Louis Van Gaal.

But in this selfie he seems to be bonding well with his new team mates and life in Spain will at least be a happier one for him, and I have it on good authority that the chairs on the Madrid bench are a lot more comfortable than the ones in Manchester.
