Man United ace demands transfer, scuppers Moyes’ Sunderland plans

According to reports from The Sun, Sunderland manager David Moyes will have to buy Adnan Januzaj outright, scuppering his plans to sign the Manchester United winger on loan.

The 21-year-old¬†broke into the Red Devils’ first team during Moyes’ torrid ten months at Old Trafford but now finds himself a peripheral figure in Jose Mourinho’s plans.

The Sunderland manager has already confirmed he’s interested in signing the Belgium international, who has scored five goals in 63 appearances across all competitions for United.

Moyes was reportedly planning to sign the prodigious winger on loan but according to The Sun, Januzaj is only interested in a permanent transfer away from Old Trafford.

And it’s further added that the Red Devils want ¬£10million for the youngster – a fee that will undoubtedly have an impact on the Black Cats’ summer plans.

Januzaj went out on loan to Borussia Dortmund last summer, but made just six Bundesliga appearances for the Black-Yellows.
