[ad_pod ]After calls to see him start against Leicester City, Manchester United fans will surely be pleased to hear that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has recently announced that wonderkid Mason Greenwood will feature in the club’s Wednesday night Europa League clash against FC Astana. The Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year is arguably one of the most exciting prospects to emerge from the academy since Marcus Rashford burst onto the scene in 2016, and quite fittingly, his opportunity also came in the Europa League.Watch Manchester United Live Streams With StreamFootball.tv Below

Greenwood has made just one sizeable appearance for the Red Devils so far this term, which saw him play 34 minutes in the home defeat to Crystal Palace, but he’ll be given another opportunity to demonstrate his ability against Astana, Europe’s 49th ranked side, who will be travelling 3,700 miles from Khazakstan to Old Trafford for the first round of European fixtures.

Solskjaer has already handed a number of youth talents chances since he became United boss, most famously naming James Garner, Tahith Chong, Angel Gomes and Mason Greenwood on the bench to face Paris Saint-Germain last season, albeit due to circumstance.

The Norwegian has also included Midfielder Charlie Wellens, 16, in the first-team setup ahead of Thursday night’s clash.
