Man United could yet give striker another chance

Manchester United have not yet made a final decision on Radamel Falcao’s future at Old Trafford, according to reports from The Express.

The Colombian star is currently on loan at the club from Monaco, but despite the hype that surrounded the deal last year, the massive fee and his salary of over £200k-per-week, the 29-year-old has not been a success as of yet.

Falcao has only netted four times for United and has looked off the pace in Louis van Gaal’s set-up.

This had led to suggestions that the Red Devils have already informed Monaco that they will not be keeping the once-prolific hit-man by paying the £43.5 clause in place to do so, yet reports now claim that a final call has not been made.

Falcao missed most of 2014 with a serious knee injury, but has a proven goalscoring record after prolific spells with Porto and Atletico Madrid.
