Man United extend remarkable winning run

Manchester United have improved vastly under the guidance of Jose Mourinho, despite a slow start to their regime under the Portuguese boss, and the Red Devils have excelled recently.

With their victory over Hull City in the League Cup semi-final first-leg this evening, giving them a strong chance of sealing a place at Wembley, Manchester United extended their remarkable run of form in recent months.

Since Sir Alex Ferguson left Old Trafford, Manchester United have struggled for consistency but seem to have found it under Mourinho, as this statistic shows they’re the best United side this decade.

Winning nine games in a row in all competitions, Manchester United are enjoying their finest winning run since February 2009 and will be confident of extending that run this weekend in a huge derby with Liverpool at Old Trafford.

Should they emerge victorious at Anfield, United will have a strong chance of extending their run further as they have upcoming matches against the likes of Stoke, Hull (twice), Wigan and Leicester City.
