Man United eye Monaco left-back

Manchester United are considering a January move for Monaco’s left-sided defender Layvin Kurzawa, according to reports from Le 10 Sport.

The Red Devils were Europe’s biggest spenders with an outlay of over £150m on new players over the summer, but boss Louis van Gaal is thought to remain keen on more additions when the transfer window re-opens.

Two of the arrivals last time around – Luke Shaw and Marcos Rojo – are primarily left-backs, but it would appear that the Dutchman is not yet content with his options.
