Manchester United fans have not been enthralled by their team’s football this season despite them finishing second in the Premier League and reaching the FA Cup final.
The contrast with Liverpool – who have reached the Champions League final – and Manchester City – who have swashbuckled their way to two trophies, including a record-breaking Premier League title does not bear favourably for United in terms of playing style and not many are expecting much of a spectacle when the Reds take on Chelsea at Wembley in the season’s showpiece occasion.
Mourinho has moved to defend his style of football with some controversial comments about what actually constitutes entertaining football and it has not gone down well at all with the club’s fans.
While United’s fans won’t care too much if Mourinho continues his record of never having lost a final in normal time and brings in the club’s third trophy in two seasons in charge at Old Trafford, the concerns about the style of play linger…
I’d rather see my team battering other teams than see a 0-0 game, hoping to nuck a goal.

Utd 7 – 1 Roma; Utd 8 – 2 Arsenal… do you see where I'm going with this?

That's entertaining for neutrals but you want to see the team you back batter teams.

If we're playing Liverpool or city yes, thats entertaining, however when playing the majority of the other team in Epl that's not entertaining its embarrassing.

Not for the home team, no. NOT for Old Trafford watching freaking Sevilla winning against us in the CL
