Manchester United are set to make a huge money bid for Brazilian international defender Marquinhos after months of chasing him, report the Metro.
The 21-year old is one of the hottest properties in world football, but has struggled to nail a regular starting berth in the French capital.
Reports suggest the Red Devils, who were keen on landing him in the summer, could be about to submit £36.7m bid to tempt him to Old Trafford.
Having joined the club in 2013 from Roma as a teenager for a record €34.1m, the Selecao star has also been linked with Chelsea.
He is thought to be considering a move away from the Parc De Princes in search of more regular first-team action.
Manager Louis van Gaal was unable to agree a deal in the summer, though a recent poor run of form could tempt him into a move.
A versatile defender, he is able to operate at either right-back or centre-half.
