Former Sky Sports pundit Richard Keys claims Manchester United are finalising the paperwork on a £106million transfer deal for Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.
The former Red Devils youngster left Old Trafford four years ago after failing to break into the first team under Sir Alex Ferguson.
But having since reached the realms of genuinely world-class through an eclectic mix of physicality and flair, United are hoping to re-sign the 23-year-old before the summer window comes to a close.
Earlier this week, Sky Sports reported that Manchester United had opened talks with Juventus to thrash out a deal that will likely set a new world-record fee.
And former Sky Sports pundit Richard Keys, who was infamously sacked in a sexism scandal five years ago, has claimed on Twitter that the deal is surprisingly close to completion – with United finalising the paperwork in London.
Pogba deal is going to cost Utd 125m Euro’s + wages. Agents fees 20m. Paperwork is being done in London. Move fast Madrid if you want him.

He’s also urged Real Madrid to launch a bid, amid reports claiming the El Clasico giants are also eyeing the France international.
