Man United star wants support after ‘worst day’

The only two positive things we can take back from the Manchester United versus Liverpool game is the brilliant David De Gea save and the Old Trafford faithful singing their heart out.

But now United’s Wayne Rooney has come out to admit his feeling in the aftermath of that game on his Facebook page.

He branded it ‘one of the worst days I’ve had in football’. But with a huge home game against Olyimpiakos coming up, Rooney has urged the fans to show their full support as the Red Devils look to overturn a 2-0 aggregate score.

He asked The Red Devils fan base to come out and emulate the atmosphere they created as his team suffered a huge 3-0 lost against Liverpool. It looks like Rooney, Moyes,  and Manchester United really do need all the help they can get.
