Man United striker desperate not to be forced into move

Manchester United‘s Javier Hernandez is ready to reject a potential move to newly formed MLS side Orlando City in a bid to battle for his career in Europe, according to reports from The Mirror.

The Mexican forward is currently away from Old Trafford on loan at Real Madrid, whom he joined shortly after Louis van Gaal’s arrival as manager.

‘Chicharito’s’ spell in Spain has, however, been rather fruitless, with the hit-man having been limited to just 270 minutes of league football all season.

Van Gaal is believed to have told the player that he has no future at United, which had alerted Orlando City.

The American outfit are currently in their first season as a professional side, and boast a marquee player in the shape of Kaka.

But Hernandez is reluctant to head across the Atlantic Ocean just yet, with battling to prolong his career in Europe the aim.
