Pachuna vice-president Andres Fassi confirmed last month that Manchester United had made a formal transfer approach for the youngster, who measures in at 5 foot 10.
And Futbol Entre Lineas are now reporting that Lozano will complete his much-speculated move to Old Trafford once Mexico’s Olympic Gold bid comes to an end in August.
They quote Lozan’s father-in-law as saying; “Yes. It’s all done, just missing some details and after the Olympics, the deal will become official.”
The Red Devils have been one of the Premier League’s busier clubs this summer, completing deals for Eric Bailly, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
