Manchester United ace Adnan Januzaj could be used in a potential swap deal for one of either Paris Saint-Germain’s Marquinhos or Everton’s Seamus Coleman, according to reports from the Manchester Evening News.
Januzaj recently came out to reveal that he is struggling to fit into manager Louis van Gaal’s 3-5-2 formation, which has fuelled rumours of a summer exit.
“The system really can make it more difficult for me to play there, but I have to keep working,” he said.
“That is what I am doing in training every day, as I want to get more games this season.
“My favourite position is as a No 10 or a winger.”
The Belgian was unable to force his way out on loan during the January window, and will now need to prove himself to van Gaal or face an uncertain future at Old Trafford.
Both clubs were interested in the young Belgian, who has found it difficult to play regular football with the likes of Angel di Maria and Juan Mata also ahead of him in the pecking order.
