Having completed the signing of Bruno Fernandes from Sporting CP, naturally all attentions at Manchester United turned towards what they could potentially do on deadline day.

Reports have claimed Bournemouth forward Josh King is on the Red Devils' radar as time ticks on, but speaking in his press conference, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has poured cold water over any further first-team signings.

The club did confirm the arrival of 20-year-old Nathan Bishop from Southend United on deadline day, but Solskjaer revealed that he doesn't think the Red Devils will do any further business and that he is "happy with the ones I have here".

After hearing about Solskjaer's comments, United fans took to Twitter to voice their thoughts on the matter, with many seemingly frustrated by the Norwegian's apparent unwillingness to further strengthen the squad.

Lying outside of the top four places in the Premier League, the Red Devils desperately needed to do some business to make their squad stronger.

Signing Fernandes is all well and good, but they could no doubt do with some midfielders or attackers to help replace the injured Paul Pogba and Marcus Rashford.

A couple of fans however seemed to think Solskjaer is perhaps hiding something up his sleeve, with one supporter in particular suggesting that the Norwegian's comments actually mean they will be signing someone before the end of the deadline.

Whether United end up doing any further business remains to be seen.
