The struggling Bundesliga side have reportedly sent representatives to Sicily to scout Dybala at current club Palermo after the player was identified by Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp as a potential transfer target.
Although the Premier League trio of Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal are all believed to be keen admirers of the Argentinian hitman, it looks as if they are all set to be disappointed with Dybala’s move to Germany imminent. Sources in Italy are claiming that Dortmund have agreed to meet Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini’s valuation for the player, understood to be around £30 million.
Dybala has emerged as one of Serie A’s most lethal finishers this season, netting 12 goals in 23 league appearances. The 21 year-old joined the Sicilian club in 2012.
