Loads of Manchester United fans have been reacting to Wednesday’s big news as the club completed the signing of Daniel James from Swansea.
The Welsh international, who fans will hope can learn a lot from Cymru manager Ryan Giggs, joins on a five-year deal, tweeting his pride at joining “the biggest club in the world”.
Of course, the Swansea starlet isn’t exactly what fans had in mind when they mapped out their summer shopping, but there is a real sense of optimism about his future.
For far too long the club have splashed out huge sums on players due to their reputation and name rather than their fit in the side, and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is cryng out for a quality, pacey right-winger.
That’s exactly what James is, and fans are absolutely delighted. Have a look at the Twitter reactions down below as Solskjaer solves his first big dilemma of the summer…

Really good signing, just hope that our fans are patient with him and not slate him and give up on him after 1 bad season like they have with Rashford.
