Manchester United fans tell Mourinho how team should set up against Newcastle

Jose Mourinho has had a career full of success as a football manager, but some Manchester United fans think that he is getting to wrong in terms of formation.

The Portuguese coach is in his second season in charge of the Red Devils, and looks to be there for many years to come given that he recently signed a new contract.

In his debut campaign, the former Chelsea boss guided United to EFL Cup glory and victory in the Europa League final, which in turn rewarded the club with a place in the Champions League after they failed to navigate their way there through the Premier League.

This season, the team are unlikely to clinch the title as Manchester City have a 13-point advantage, but there is still silverware up for grabs.

A criticism that Mourinho has faced lately is the positioning of Paul Pogba and his failure to get the best out of him.

The manager has been playing a 4-2-3-1 formation, which has prevented the midfielder from showing off his creative talent.
