Jose Mourinho remains in charge of Manchester United, but some fans are already plotting his replacement.
The Portuguese coach is under intense scrutiny due to unsavoury results on the pitch and the apparent airing of dirty laundry in public.
United have won just three of their seven Premier League matches this season, which has left them way off the pace in the title race.
As it stands, the Red Devils are nine points adrift of leaders Manchester City and second-placed Liverpool.
On Saturday in the early kickoff, Mourinho’s side were stunned 3-1 by West Ham United at the London Stadium.
Since the final whistle, the manager has dominated conversation and now some fans are discussing who should replace him if a change is made.
Former Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has emerged as an early candidate, but according to The Telegraph, United have dismissed rumours that they have approached the Frenchman about taking over from Mourinho.
Judging by the reaction on Twitter, not many supporters are keen on the idea of Zidane sitting in the Old Trafford hotseat.
In fact, a large number of fans would prefer Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino to be their new manager.
Mauricio Pochettino would be my 1st choice but that’s unrealistic right now. Zinedine Zidane would be my 2nd choice & that seems the most realistic option thus far #MUFC.

Jose needs to be sacked, and the club needs to everything to get pochettino in the summer

2. Mauricio Pochettino. No trophies is a bit of a worry. But, if you want solidity over long term, then this should be the favourite for the Manchester United job. Done a brilliant job at Espanyol, Southampton and of late and incredibly with Spurs. My choice as well. #mufc pic.twitter.com/HY0bsCZlLV

Pochettino is the man @ManUtd should bring in – has Premiership experience, plays our brand of football and players want to play for him. Zidane will be a costly mistake. There will be no quick fix so we want someone with the vision and enthusiasm for the whole project. #MUFC

Pochettino over Zidane for me #Mufc https://t.co/Wpi6d9v4jS

Get Pochettino at @ManUtd before it gets worse. Jose is done and there’s enough proof that its not going to get better. Whatever Levi and Spurs want, give them, they need the money for the new stadium and we need a new manager. Not Zidane, Poch. #MUFC

I will go for Pochettino. I think he could be a good manager with a vision for MU#MUFC
