Manchester United fans want Malcom after Chelsea reject Willian swap deal

Barcelona are said to be open to selling Malcom, just six months after he moved to the Camp Nou, and these Manchester United fans are desperate for the Red Devils to sign him.

Barca had to beat Premier League sides Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool as well as force AS Roma out of their way to land his signature, but the 21-year-old has struggled to get into the Catalan’s first-team since making the switch.

Blaugrana are now said to be open to cashing in on Malcom in the January window, and met with representatives of Chelsea to discuss a potential player plus cash deal believed to be worth £50million combined for Willian.

Maurizio Sarri, though, waved away the suggestion of allowing the Brazilian wingers to switch clubs as he continues to hold Willian in high opinions and does not want the 30-year-old to leave Stamford Bridge.

Manchester United, on the other hand, have been crying out for a natural right-sided winger since Cristiano Ronaldo left, having endured years of problems as managers rotated between the likes of Nani, Antonio Valencia and Wilfried Zaha.

Now, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s only real options are the natural striker Marcus Rashford and the ageing legs of Juan Mata.

The 30-year-old is also out of contract in the summer and is currently unsure where he’ll be playing his football next season, but these Manchester United fans want the Red Devils to bring Malcom to Old Trafford if he is definitely on the market.
