Manchester United are believed to have already reached an agreement with David De Gea to secure his Old Trafford stay, despite the Spaniard being linked with a move to Real Madrid, Metro reports.
There had been speculation the past week claiming that the 24-year-old goalkeeper has decided to join the European champions by accepting a proposed offer.
However, the Metro reports Italian news outlet Mediaset have tweeted that the Spanish shot-stopper had signed a new contract worth around £140,000-a-week in wages and is set to extend his stay until 2020.

De Gea has been one of United’s best players this season after producing a number of amazing performances for his side, earning plenty of praise from his peers.
Aside from being in top form during the current campaign, he was also one of the only club stars that actually succeeded during David Moyes’ brief spell in charge of the Red Devils and will be an important addition if van Gaal can secure his services for the next five years.
