Paul Pogba refuses to rule out Man United move, says the club is family

Last night played host to one of the biggest sporting events of the year – the 2016 ESPY’s (Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly Awards).

Hosted in LA, the awards serve to give recognition to the achievements of some of the best sportsmen and sportswomen in the world.

Whilst the awards themselves are typically the main event of the evening, football fans will no doubt have been keeping an eye out on what was happening outside of the main entrance; with a host of stars being interviewed on the red carpet throughout the night.

One such star was Manchester United target and current Juventus star Paul Pogba, who had tweeted earlier in the night confirming that he would be attending the event.

During an onscreen interview with the French star, Pogba dropped a very interesting hint about where he might be playing next season.

The broadcasters involved in the event saw fit to hand Pogba a trio of football shirts; one Juventus, one Manchester United and one Real Madrid, in an effort to get a scoop on where he might be next season. The video below displays nature of the discussion, with all three shirts on show…

Instead of choosing the Juventus shirt, as would be expected given that they are his current club, Pogba chose to accept all three; indicating that he would be interested in turning out for all three of the clubs.

When pressed on the issue, he described Juventus as his “current family” and United as his “first family” – with some fans inferring from this that he would be interested in a move back ‘home’.

What do you think Manchester United fans? Was Pogba just being polite by accepting all three? Or was he trying to drop a subtle hint to his fans?
