Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic may have taken a little while to click into the rigours of Premier League football but it’s fair to say Manchester United’s starring duo have caught the headlines for the right reasons recently.
Pogba, the world’s most expensive footballer, has shown the incredible ability that made him so highly-rated in recent games and Ibrahimovic has also proved he’s still one of the deadliest strikers in the European game, despite being well into his thirties.
Following a slow start, Manchester United have a deficit to overhaul if they are to return to Champions League football next term but you certainly wouldn’t be wise to right off Jose Mourinho’s men- especially when they boast this duo.
Pogba and Ibrahimovic have clicked in the final third and now boast one of the best passing statistics in Europe’s top-five leagues.

With 14 through balls between them in the final third, United’s attack is given a huge boost and this pairing could lead the Red Devils to great things this season.
