The Red Devils’ pursuit of the 23-year-old midfielder has dominated headlines in recent weeks, with talk of flights, medicals and massive fees having circulated on an almost daily basis.
But reports claim that that will all come to an end now, with a deal having been sealed between Man United and Juventus.
It’s understood that the Old Lady have been asking for £108.9m for their French star, inclusive of £25.1m to cover a sell-on clause the player’s agent, Mino Raiola, has in place.
The fee in question will make Pogba the most expensive player in the history of the game, surpassing the £86m Real Madrid paid for Gareth Bale in 2013.
There was a major hint dropped on Wednesday that the move was done, with pictures of Paulo Dybala as Juventus’ ‘No.10’ doing the rounds – the number was Pogba’s last season.
