Senior Man United star to be offered surprise January exit route

At least two Mexican sides are interested in offering Victor Valdes a route out of his Manchester United hell in January, according to reports from Fox Sports.

The Spaniard only joined the Red Devils at the start of the year after a period out of the game following his release from Barcelona.

Although he had previously worked with Louis van Gaal and was tipped to play a role at Old Trafford, Valdes has made only two first-team appearances – at the end of last season – and is currently in exile at the club after falling out with his manager.

And reports claim that at least two big Mexican teams are interested in the goalie ahead of next month.

A few big name stars have moved to the North American nation from Europe in recent times, with Andre-Pierre Gignac the marquee player of the summer when he swapped Marseille for Tigres.
