The spine-tingling trailer for ‘Busby,’ a documentary on legendary Manchester United manager Matt Busby, has emerged ahead of its upcoming release in cinemas and on DVD.

From the producers of ‘Class of 92’ - the story that followed the careers of Paul Scholes, David Beckham, Phil Neville and Gary Neville and Nicky Butt - the film tells the story of how the managerial icon transformed United into the footballing behemoths they are today during a 25-year spell in charge.

With help from former players and colleagues, the film will document the rise of the Busby Babes, a legendary outfit of players still sang about today, and the Munich air tragedy. Remarkably, Busby would go on to rebuild the squad devastated by the event and win the Champions League ten years later.

With United attempting something of a resurgence at the moment under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, albeit under different circumstances, we suspect this film will provide some perspective over the virtues of allowing managers time to develop.
