Superstar striker desperate to join Mourinho’s Man United revolution

According to reports from L’Equipe, PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is eager to become Jose Mourinho’s first signing as Manchester United manager.

It was revealed earlier today – although yet to be confirmed by the club – that Louis van Gaal has been relieved of his duties as Red Devils boss, paving the way for Jose Mourinho to succeed him in the Old Trafford hot seat.

And according to L’Equipe, that has put Zlatan Ibrahimovic in contention to become the Portuguese’s first signing as United gaffer, with the PSG icon keen to be reunited with his former Inter Milan manager.

The Sweden international has already announced he’s leaving Parc de Princes on a free transfer, after firing PSG to four consecutive Ligue 1 titles with a potent supply of 156 goals across all competitions.

Agent Mino Raiola and the 34-year-old strike veteran are both hoping to have his future decided before the European Championships officially kick off on June 10th.
