Alexis Sanchez’s bed wetting Manchester United nightmare is almost over.
The Chilean international is reported to be on the verge of joining Inter Milan on a loan deal that will see him remain at San Siro until the end of the season.
It’s safe to say that the United haven’t seen a very fair return on their investment Sanchez, who was reportedly raking in upwards of £500,000 per week in wages and bonuses yet managed to contribute just three goals and six assists in 33 Premier League appearances.
To put into context, he’s reportedly been paid almost £5m by United to warm their bench for around 15 hours and 17 minutes – at £5,323.00 per minute. His little piano stunt is looking a little less funny now, isn’t it?

Quite why Sanchez failed to hit any of the notes which earned him his lucrative move to Old Trafford in the first place remains elusive, and we’re positive we’ll never truly learn why it went so wrong, but that hasn’t stopped former Manchester City forward Trevor Sinclair from having a try…
“I didn’t expect this.”?
“It’s almost like it’s not him but his twin brother has turned up.”

Sanchez will be reunited with another ex-United lump, Romelu Lukaku, who completed his own move to Italy at the beginning of August. Have you got space for any more, Conte?
