The ten strikers most feared by Man United

Down the years, Manchester United have possessed some of the greatest strikers to ever grace the English top flight.

Indeed, United are still synonymous with the four-man strike force of Andy Cole, Dwight Yorke, Teddy Sheringham and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer that fired them to a famous treble in 1999, whilst the likes of Wayne Rooney, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Dimitar Berbatov, Robin van Persie and now Zlatan Ibrahimovic have followed in their footsteps.

But we at FootballFanCast are more interested in the flipside of the coin – namely, the strikers who’ve caused the 13-time Premier League champions the most trouble, heartache and anguish throughout their long and prestigious history.

So aided by our mates at Transfermarkt, here’s a rundown of the ten strikers with the best scoring records against the Red Devils. Manchester City, Leeds United, Newcastle United and Liverpool favourites all feature, but there are a few shock inclusions on this list, too.
