Mourinho and Terry relationship crumbling, penalty Palace

Chelsea have put their faith behind manager Jose Mourinho this week, after the situation worsened for the West London club.

Despite this, the relationship between the club boss and captain John Terry are reportedly deteriorating, after the defeat to Southampton sent the club into further turmoil.

Terry, who was instrumental in delivering the title to the club last year, has been benched for the majority of this season as Kurt Zouma continues to take centre stage.

Chelsea face Aston Villa once the international break comes to a close, and should they not defeat Tim Sherwood’s side, the club could fall into chaos.

Elsewhere, Crystal Palace are enjoying a fantastic start to their season. They currently occupy fourth spot, and can attribute this strong start to the six penalties they have been awarded so far!

Eagles boss Alan Pardew commented this week that Yohan Cabaye’s influence could take the club to the next level.
