FIVE ways for Pardew to keep his job at Newcastle

If Newcastle were to dispense of the services of Alan Pardew tomorrow, few supporters would be all that shocked.

The 51 year old watched his charges struggle to Premier League safety and has seen his hands tied in the transfer window, as only Loic Remy entered St. James’s Park, but is expected to deliver.

Whilst nobody will be expecting a top 5 finish as was achieved in the 2011/2012 campaign there will be a vast improvement expected on the 2012/2013 season.

Each time Newcastle go on a barren run, rumours circulate that Pardew could be finally set to leave, but he has managed to cling on.

A crucial 3 points at Cardiff certainly would have alleviated some of the stress going into the international break.

However, with a Tyne Wear Derby just round the corner and Joe Kinnear constantly the elephant in the room, there is plenty to worry about.
