Newcastle fans are furious with the Premier League and Football Association, after it was announced they will play Tottenham at Wembley on a Wednesday night.
Fixture changes have been a hot topic amongst fans this season, and Newcastle fans were fuming last month when TV fixture changes left many fans paying for travel costs they no longer needed.
That’s not the only time the Toon Army have been annoyed by the men in charge though, and they recently bashed the FA for charging their club for having a betting sponsor on the Under-18 kits.
Fans were furious that an organisation that advertises betting at every opportunity was taking the moral high ground when it wasn’t making them money.
Now, Tottenham’s involvement in the FA Cup means their league fixture with the Magpies has to be moved, and Wednesday 9th May has been chosen as the date, with a kick-off at 8pm.
Needless to say, fans are not impressed by the prospect of travelling down to London on a Wednesday night, and have been bashing the decision on Twitter.

Finally! At least this game isn't another one those away games hundreds of miles away for travelling away fans, on a mid-week night, with it being nearly impossible to use public transport to get home….Oh no, wait #NUFC #FansComeLast

It'll get changed again at 3 days notice. Wouldn't go making any plans just yet.

Unless they change it for some obscure reason like Harry Kane is injured and will need to allow recovery time so the London Press can get hysterical at him maybe winning the Golden Slipper!
