Chelsea ensured a positive end to an underwhelming season on Saturday, beating Manchester United 1-0 to lift the FA Cup at Wembley. The only goal came courtesy of Eden Hazard, whose immaculate touch beyond Phil Jones created a counter-attack that resulted in the decisive penalty.

According to our player ratings poll though, there were two players who impressed Chelsea fans more during the Saturday showpiece. Here's a rundown of the three players, Hazard included, who received the highest player ratings scores from Blues supporters...

Eden Hazard - 8.4/10: The Belgian was at something close to his electric best but due to the pragmatic nature of Chelsea's performance spent much of the afternoon searching for the ball rather than wreaking havoc with it. He actually took just two efforts at goal and failed to create a single chance despite staying on the pitch until stoppage time.

N'Golo Kante - 8.5/10: Chelsea always had a job on their hands to match United's incredible power in central midfield, but Kante was pivotal in conquering that challenge. The relentless playbreaker made six tackles and four interceptions, recording the most possession gains of any Chelsea player and the fewest possession losses of any Blues midfielder.

Antonio Rudiger's stats from Chelsea's 1-0 win over Man United

Antonio Rudiger - 8.8/10: The Man of the Match in the eyes of Chelsea fans, Rudiger was a crucially physical presence at the back for the Blues, one that became increasingly prevalent as the game went on. In fact, 41% of United's attacking play came down the German international's flank in the second half, but they just couldn't find a way through. He finished up with three tackles and eight clearances, without committing a single foul.
