The Premier League clash between Liverpool and Chelsea on Saturday is arguably the biggest draw of the weekend.

As it stands, the Blues sit third in the table with a three-point advantage over fifth-placed Liverpool.

The Merseyside outfit are unbeaten in five games in all competitions, but they require a response after failing to see out a victory over Sevilla in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

Jurgen Klopp's men stormed to a 3-0 lead inside the first half an hour, but were restricted to a 3-3 draw in Spain after capitulating in the second half.

Chelsea are on a high having won their last three matches in all competitions, with the latest being a 4-0 rout over Champions League opponents Qarabag.

Liverpool are the hosts at the weekend, but their defensive problems will be an issue that Chelsea will try to exploit.

Sky Sports pundit Paul Merson believes that Antonio Conte's men should come out on top, but expects a point to be shared.

The former Arsenal player told the broadcaster:

"If both teams play to the best of their ability, Chelsea will win. They have better players: better defenders, and there's not much in it attacking-wise. And Liverpool don't have a Cesc Fabregas to properly hurt you. I have an inkling this will be a draw at Anfield, however, and that does neither side any favours."
