QPR ace desperate for January Premier League return

Brazilian midfielder Sandro is eager to leave QPR this winter with a return to the Premier league is aim, according to reports from the London Evening Standard.

The 26-year-old starred for Spurs before joining the R’s in September 2014 to play under his former White Hart Lane chief Harry Redknapp.

However, the 17-cap Selecao star could not help the London club stay in the top tier, and has since stayed at Loftus Road on £50,000-per-week in the Championship.

But reports claim that come January he will look to move on, with the Premier League his favoured destination.

Sandro has made only 20 appearances over the course of the last 14 months with QPR, with injuries and an embarrassing work permit issue having been major factors.

It remains to be seen whether there will be any serious interest shown in the South American, even though he has experience at the highest level of English football.
