Tottenham Hotspur host Manchester City in the Premier League on Saturday, knowing a victory at Wembley will delay Pep Guardiola’s title celebrations for at least another week after throwing away a win in the Manchester derby last weekend.
That doesn’t mean it will be an easy clash for Spurs though; City have lost their last three games but remain easily the most dominant side we’ve seen in the English top flight this season. Accordingly, Mauricio Pochettino’s team selection will need to be spot on.
With that in mind, we asked Tottenham fans earlier this week whether Heung-min Son, who has scored a whopping 14 goals at Wembley this season, or Erik Lamela should start against Manchester City – the Argentina international, who Transfermarkt value at £22.5milion, showing good form since returning from injury.
And while our poll revealed most Spurs fans would stick with Son against City, 44% would hand a start to Lamela instead. How would you line up Pochettino’s side on Saturday? Let us know by commenting below…
