Arsenal face one of the toughest tests of their season this weekend in the form of a North London Derby at Wembley. It will not only be a contest of local bragging rites, but also one that requires the Gunners to buck a trend of horrendous away form in the Premier League this season - winning just three of their 13 games on the road thus far.

Accordingly, Arsene Wenger must get his starting XI selection precisely perfect and Arsenal can't afford any passengers in such an important game; in addition to the above, Saturday's 12.30pm kickoff will have a huge bearing on both the Gunners' and Tottenham's chances of qualifying for next season's Champions League via a top four finish.

And one player who would seem to fall into that category is youngster Alex Iwobi. Of course, the 14-cap Nigerian is still learning his trade and has shown plenty of promise for a 21-year-old with just 55 Premier League appearances under his belt.

But he's started Arsenal's last eight games across all competitions without really delivering, providing one goal and two assists, and following the January arrivals of Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Wenger now boasts far more proven options in midfield and attack.

Accordingly, we asked Gunners supporters earlier this week whether Iwobi should start in the North London Derby and the response was a clear no, with 68% of those who took part in our poll voting to leave him out of the starting XI.
