With the opportunity of silverware on the line, Saturday's FA Cup semi-final against Manchester United represents Tottenham's most important game of their domestic season so far.

Picking the right starting XI will be crucial for Mauricio Pochettino and particularly the right men in midfield, after Mousa Dembele's dominance of the engine room provided the platform for Spurs to seal a 2-0 win the last time the Red Devils faced them at Wembley.

The Belgium international will need to be at his best one again, but the real question is who starts alongside him. 25-cap England man Eric Dier has filled the defensive role in Tottenham's midfield on the most-part this season, but Victor Wanyama started there last time out against Bournemouth.

Accordingly, we asked Tottenham fans earlier this week whether Dier or Wanyama should start against United and our poll has shown that Spurs supporters are relatively divided on the issue. While the majority, 57%, want Dier to start, a large minority, 43%, want Wanyama to get the nod instead.
