The Hungarian winger has been linked with the two Premier League sides in recent weeks, as well as a host of other top level European teams.
The Reds were rumoured to have been keen on his signature over the summer and have kept their interest alive, while Fulham chief Rene Meulensteen is also believed to be watching the wide-man ahead of the January transfer window.
However, Adzojev confirmed that no official offers have been received for the 26-year-old, despite interest in his services being high:
“There are interested teams, but at such a big club as Dinamo it’s not a surprise.
“It’s very busy during the winter and the summer transfer window but I can say we haven’t received any detailed offers for the winger.”
Dzsudzsak is thought to be on the radar of Inter Milan as well as Liverpool and Fulham.
The flying winger moved to Russia in 2011 from PSV Eindhoven to sign for Anzhi Makhachkala, but failed to settle before joining Dinamo just six months later.
