It's safe to say Mauricio Pellegrino hasn't exactly hit the ground running at Southampton. Supporters became frustrated with Claude Puel last season but his replacement has proved the grass isn't always greener, Saints plummeting all the way into the relegation zone after drawing with Tottenham Hotspur.

Inevitably, that puts Pellegrino at the front of the queue in the sack race and unsurprisingly, there are already rumours claiming he could soon be replaced by Marco Silva, who was unexpectedly dismissed by Watford on Sunday.

The 40-year-old Portuguese, who measures in at 5 foot 11, has impressed during his time in the Premier League, despite Hull City suffering relegation and Watford parting with him after just 26 games in charge. His attractive style of football has particularly stood out, and would certainly win over disillusioned Southampton fans.

So, Saints supporters, is it time to sack Pellegrino and replace him with the former Olympiacos boss? Let us know by voting below...
